Paths

Explore → Path exploration (also under Content & clicks → Transitions & paths) shows the routes visitors take:

• Sunburst: from an entry page, the next pages, ring by ring (up to several levels).
• Sankey: flows between pages and clicked elements, so you see "home → click Running → product page → click Add to cart".

Options: start page or element, direction (what comes next, or what came before), depth, and split by actor to see agents and humans as separate flows.

In Agents & humans → Mixed sessions (agent + human), the handoff points sankey shows the pages where humans hand over to an agent, and where they take back control.
