Ecommerce and revenue
Eureka uses the Google Analytics 4 ecommerce model: view_item_list, view_item, select_item, add_to_cart, remove_from_cart, view_cart, begin_checkout, add_shipping_info, add_payment_info, purchase, refund. If your site already sends these events to GA4 or Google Tag Manager, Eureka picks them up without changes. Other tools' ecommerce events (Matomo, Piano, Adobe, Segment, Meta) are mapped to the same names. Developers: Ecommerce events.
Monetization reports
- Monetization overview: revenue, transactions, average order value, items purchased, conversion rate.
- Ecommerce purchases: products viewed, added to cart and purchased, with the purchase funnel.
Agent-assisted revenue
The actor filter turns revenue into three figures you can't get elsewhere:
- revenue from human sessions;
- revenue from agent sessions (an AI agent bought on its own);
- revenue from mixed sessions, where an agent did part of the journey: often the agent fills the cart and the shipping form, and the human confirms the payment.
Agents & humans → Mixed sessions (agent + human) shows who completed each order: the agent segment or the human segment.
Duplicate orders
An order whose transaction ID was already seen in the last 7 days, in any session, is kept for audit as purchase_duplicate and excluded from revenue. A refreshed confirmation page never counts twice.
