Do I have to remove my current analytics tool? No. Eureka runs next to your existing tags and reads their events. Many teams run both for a few weeks, then decide.

Will the tag slow my site down? The tag is under 17 KB compressed, loads asynchronously and sends data in the background. A small extra file (4 KB) loads only if another analytics tag is on the page (see Existing tags compatibility).

How reliable is agent detection? Agents that declare themselves (user agent, Web Bot Auth signature, published IP ranges) are identified with certainty. Agents that drive the user's own browser look like a normal Chrome; Eureka recognizes them from their behaviour and known traces in the page, and shows a confidence score. The Detection quality report tells you how each classification was made. New detection rules are delivered without changing your tag.

Why do I see few bots? Most crawlers don't run JavaScript. Add a server-side connector to measure them.

Are bots billed? No. Only agent and human events count toward your quota. Indexing bots are free.

Do I need a cookie banner? Eureka works without cookies until consent is given (cookieless mode), and can run under the CNIL audience-measurement exemption when configured for it. Have your DPO validate your setup. See Privacy and GDPR.

Can an agent's purchase be counted as a normal conversion? Yes. Conversions and revenue include agents under the All and Agents + humans filters, and every report lets you split them.

Where is my data stored? In the European Union by default. The Scale plan lets you choose the data region.

Can I get my raw data? Yes, on Pro and Scale: raw event export through the app or the API.
