Eureka is self-serve: you choose, upgrade, downgrade and cancel your plan online, at any time. Prices are in euros, excluding VAT. Yearly billing gives you two months free.

Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of the Growth plan, without a card. At the end of the trial you move to the Free plan automatically, unless you have chosen a paid plan.
What counts toward your quota
Only agent and human events count (page views, clicks, purchases… from humans and action agents). Indexing bots are never billed: Googlebot, AI crawlers and AI readers are measured for free, however much they crawl.
Your usage is in Settings → Billing: billable events this month, free bot events, AI questions, and a warning at 80% of your quota.
Going over the quota
- Paid plans keep collecting. Extra events are billed per 100,000 at your plan's rate (Growth €8, Pro €4, Scale €1.50), and the page shows an estimate during the month.
- Free plan: collection pauses when the monthly quota is reached and resumes on the 1st of the next month. Upgrade at any time to resume immediately.
Change or cancel your plan
Settings → Billing → Change plan opens a secure Stripe checkout. Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal: payment method, invoices, cancellation. Only organization owners can manage billing.
When you move to a plan with less history, reports only show the period your plan covers. A locked feature shows the plan that unlocks it ("Available on Growth").
