billable_events counts agent and human events only; free_bot_events (indexing bots) are measured and free.
level is warning from 80% of the quota and exceeded from 100%. On paid plans, overage_estimate is the expected extra cost in euros; on the Free plan, hard_stop turns true and collection pauses until the next month.
